CNA Full Time days 7am to 3pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team member to provide high-quality direct care and support to residents in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. This full-time day shift role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference each day by helping individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff
• Provide safe assistance with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as directed
• Support meal service and hydration needs while promoting resident independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Follow care plans, facility policies, and infection control procedures
• Document care tasks accurately and in a timely manner according to established guidelines
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to support resident care goals

Qualifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant, where required
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or similar care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of safety practices, infection control, and resident confidentiality
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the role

Schedule

Full-time, day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
