We are searching for energetic, compassionate CNAs to join our team at THE COTTAGES at Rockmart. Our campus offers a new culture for skilled nursing * REAL HOME * MEANINGFUL LIFE * EMPORWERED STAFFING *.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Assist residents with Personal Care: ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming.)
- Communicate/Document: observe, monitor, document resident's vitals and daily mobility and transfer needs in EMR and provide emotional support for residents and families.
- Support Housekeeping/Laundry: help with routine housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Culinary Training: complete SERV Safe training provided. Prepare and serve meals and nutritional snacks per resident preferences. (not all Care Companions cook but all must have certificate)
Applicants MUST be a Certified Nursing Assistant who demonstrates eagerness to be a part of the team as well as work independently. Must also train as a universal worker, offer excellent resident care. Satisfactory completion of background check and preemployment drug screen required.
