This CNA in Training opportunity is designed for someone who wants to begin a career in patient and resident care while learning in a hands-on clinical environment. In this role, you will build the foundations of high-quality caregiving, support residents with empathy and professionalism, and contribute to the day-to-day work that helps the care team deliver consistent, dignified support.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving their dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests safely and compassionately.
• Accurately document care activities and communicate updates during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with nurses and the broader care team to support resident well-being.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Comfort working with elderly residents, residents with memory care needs, family members, and the broader nursing care team
• Eligible to work in the United States
