About the Role:
Live Love & Laugh Homecare Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in North Charleston, SC. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and client progress
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team members regarding client needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in the state of South Carolina
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families
