What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant / Caregiver, you'll provide hands-on support and companionship to residents, including:

Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
Help with mobility, transfers and positioning
Provide toileting and incontinence care
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide medication reminders as permitted
Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
Support residents with activities and engagement
Help maintain a safe, comfortable and positive environment

Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience as a:
CNA • PCA • Caregiver • Resident Assistant • Nursing Assistant
Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care or healthcare experience is a plus!
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
CNA certification preferred but not required
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Dementia training required for Memory Care associates
Dependable, compassionate and team-oriented
Must meet applicable background and company employment requirements
