WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll help our residents with their daily routines while providing compassionate, dependable care.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Help with mobility and daily activities
Assist with meals and hydration
Respond to resident needs
Provide companionship and emotional support
Document care provided
Help create a safe and welcoming environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
No CNA certification required
Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
Ability to complete required background screening and training
