Job Title: Restorative Aide

Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- Ability to use Microsoft 365 tools and other software systems required to perform assigned job duties.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts Therapy or Nursing Restorative programs as directed by the Director of Nursing or designee.
- Assists residents with transferring, walking, and using appropriate assisting devices and with range of motion activities.
- Documents care provision as required and communicates with supervisor and interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress.
