CNA Supervisor - Audubon Retirement Village

We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of CNA Supervisor at Audubon Retirement Village . In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

This role oversees the social function of the household, including activities. This position serves as a mentor/leader and partners with the Clinical Coordinator in the coordination of care of the residents within the household.

• · Develops positive resident relationships, exploring approaches to aging and supporting families.
• · Addresses and documents any special psychological concerns (death in family, health decline etc.).
• · Maintains individualized psychosocial assessment.
• · Evaluates personal and emotional concerns.
• · Assists with the completion of an individualized activity assessment.
• · Maintains household activity calendar and coordinates activities and ensure resident appointments are kept.

The Ideal Candidate:

• · Valid LPN Licensure
• · One (1) year experience in long term care, as an LPN.
• · Must have critical thinking skills and decision-making ability.
• · Must have excellent leadership skills and abilities.
• · Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff.
