Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Bending Operator with hands-on experience in operating CNC Press Brake Machines, particularly Energy Mission machines with Cybelec controllers. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Press Brake Machine (100 Ton capacity). Must have practical knowledge of Energy Mission CNC bending machines. Must be proficient in Cybelec controller operation and programming. Ability to understand, interpret, and execute both 2D and 3D engineering drawings. Should be able to visualize 3D designs and execute accurate bending operations as per drawings. Understand flat patterns, bending sequences, bend allowance, and bend deduction. Perform CNC bending operations as per job specifications. Ensure bending accuracy, quality, and dimensional tolerances. Select appropriate tools, punches, and dies for different bending operations. Maintain machine safety and basic machine maintenance. Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC bending operations. Experience operating 100 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine. Knowledge of Energy Mission machines is mandatory. Must know Cybelec controller operation. Robust understanding of 2D and 3D engineering drawings. Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes and measurements. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Interested candidates with relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication can apply.
