CNC Engineer (Auto Lathe)

Job Description & Requirements

The Supervisor will be a vital component of the Engineering Team. He will

Organise and Manage a team of Operator and Machinist to achieve the daily production target and quality to meet customer deliveries

Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) for your Section's Operation's Objective, Production Output, Quality, Productivity, Cost Savings & Capacity

Willing to be hands-on as and when required

Prepare Report and participate in Meeting

This position requires the following

1. Passion in CNC machining technology

2. 5 years working experience in supervisory level in Machine Shop Environment

3. Good Technical Sense

4. Good Working Knowledge of CNC Machine Operation & Programming. Good Knowledge of Fixture Design will be an added advantage

5. Reasonable skill level in Computer (Excel and Words)

6. Hardworking and Committed

7. Self Disciplined and Initiative

8. Self Starter and Self Motivator

9. Physically Fit, Independent and Good Working Attitude

10. Possess Good Communication Skills (Both Written & Oral)
