Location

Ashland, VA (Richmond Area) | On-site with Travel

Join our team at our Ashland facility, with opportunities to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and occasionally internationally. We're also welcoming qualified candidates who are open to relocating to the area.

Note

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on CNC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience, along with a background in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a closely related technical field. Travel availability and the ability to work on-site in Ashland are required.

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair advanced CNC machines and precision grinding equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support reliable, high-performance machine operation.
• Work with CNC control systems, machine components, and industrial automation technology.
• Travel to customer locations to provide professional technical service and equipment support.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable technical team while independently managing service responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience.
• Background in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electromechanical systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and solve complex technical problems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Ability to work on-site in Ashland, VA, or relocate.
