CNC : HMC Operator
Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet precise quality standards and required dimensions. Conduct first-run and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Accurately record production data, time cards, and quality logs. Strictly follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GDT).
- Knowledge of HMC machine
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to material fabrication.
