Position Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for operating the CNC Lathe and checking production.

Daily tasks:

Run CNC lathes to produce aerospace fasteners meeting quality and daily production targets. Check manufactured parts using precision measuring tools and gages. Record daily production and perform SPC.

Working Conditions: First and second shift positions are available. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or slippery conditions; high, precarious places; fumes and chemical; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee is required to work with cutting fluids (such as oils and coolants).

This is a full-time position requiring an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required depending on production needs. Regular attendance is an essential job function.
