CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines. (No Programming)

• Perform basic machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality.

• Operate Berger grinders, drill presses, belt sanders, and other shop tools safely and efficiently.

• Run and monitor a Trumpf laser for cutting operations.

• Operate a press brake to form parts according to specifications.

• Support brazing line operations, including simple routine checks.

• Follow established inspection procedures to verify part quality.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards.

• Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining.

• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and inspection procedures.

• Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
