*All 2nd Shift hours worked include a 10% shift premium.

? What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in CNC machining, ideally in aerospace, energy, or heavy industry manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, including G-code and CAM software
• Passion for quality control and precision craftsmanship with tight tolerances
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
