Summary
Operate CNC milling and turn-mill machines to produce precision components from engineering drawings, using MasterCAM for programming and jig design.
Operate CNC machines including milling (3-axis) and turn-mill to produce precision components according to engineering drawings
Set up workpieces and ensure all parts meet specified tolerances in the printed drawings
Program CNC operations using MasterCAM + coding with efficiency and accuracy
Handle complex machining profiles and high-tolerance components
Design jigs and fixtures for CNC setups and QC inspections
Support production schedules and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety regulations
