Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Metal Forming Operator to join a manufacturing team producing precision metal components. This position involves setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment, reading engineering drawings, selecting the correct tooling, and inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
  • Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
  • Inspect parts throughout production to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Follow production procedures and company safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience operating CNC press brake machines
  • Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
