We're looking for motivated CNC Mill Operators who are passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Run CNC programs for specific item codes
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines
- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain production specifications
- Collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive team
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and innovative workplace
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Knowledge
- GED or High School Diploma required
- 1–3 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher
Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing quality principles
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job plans
- Ability to stand for long periods, use tools, and perform repetitive tasks (including bending/stooping)
- Strong visual acuity for reading instructions and inspecting parts
- Good judgment, decision‑making skills, and a strong safety mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
