Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Roscoe, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Load and unload materials and parts from machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform precise measurements using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product quality.
• Apply shop math skills to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete accurate paperwork related to production and quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning of machines and tools.

Required Skills

• Proficient in measuring techniques and use of micrometers.
• Strong understanding of shop math and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience in loading and unloading CNC machinery.
• Ability to operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail for cycle counts and accurate paperwork.
• Good organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
