CNC Operator

• Uses strong CNC knowledge and background to keep CNC Studer Grinder in operation on swing shift.

• Applicants should be comfortable working within .0003 tolerances and running multiple machines. Conventional knowledge is a plus.

• Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.

• Strong GD&T knowledge preferred.

• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to shop floor maths and inspection.

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Works under immediate supervision.

• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

• Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

• Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions.

• Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated.

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• May be required to meet certain certifications in field and to have at least 4-6 years of experience.
