CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, particularly in the sheet metal industry. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC press and other related equipment. - Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations. - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. - Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Required Skills: - Proficiency in CNC operation and programming. - Experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding techniques. - Familiarity with bending dimensions and bending programs. - Knowledge of materials such as MS, GI, SS, and Aluminium. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
