CNC Operator - Sheet Metal

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator specializing in sheet metal fabrication to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and working with various materials including mild steel (MS), galvanized iron (GI), stainless steel (SS), and aluminum. This role is crucial for ensuring precision in bending dimensions and executing bending programs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the appropriate machining processes. - Set up and calibrate CNC machines for optimal performance. - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Required Skills: - Proficiency in CNC operation and programming, particularly in the context of sheet metal work. - Experience with welding and bending processes. - Familiarity with various materials including MS, GI, SS, and aluminum. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - ITI certification in fitting or a related field is preferred.
