CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, particularly in CNC turning operations. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings. - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. - Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues. - Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Required Skills: - Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically CNC turning. - Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. - Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ITI Fitter qualifications is preferred. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
