Join our second shift aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We’re looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
