CNC Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, specifically CNC press brakes, and will be responsible for bending and shaping sheet metal components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of various materials including mild steel (MS), galvanized iron (GI), stainless steel (SS), and aluminium. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC press brake machines to perform bending operations on sheet metal. - Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances. - Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure quality production. - Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in operating CNC press brake machines. - Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes and techniques. - Familiarity with materials such as MS, GI, SS, and aluminium. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Previous experience as an operator or ITI fitter is preferred.
