Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Technician to form and bend metal components to precise specifications. This role involves machine setup, tooling selection, blueprint interpretation, and dimensional inspection to ensure finished parts meet production requirements.

U.S. Citizenship Required. Drug screen and background check required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake equipment for metal forming and bending.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
  • Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each job.
  • Measure and inspect parts during and after production.
  • Verify finished components meet required dimensions and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent production quality.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience operating press brake equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard shop documentation.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform dimensional calculations.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable and able to work effectively in a production environment.
