Summary
Programs and operates CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls, sets up tools, and verifies finished parts against engineering drawings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machines.
- Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
- Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
- Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
- Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
- Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating CNC Mills & setting up.
- Able to read engineering drawing
- Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine process.
- More than 3-5 years in relevant experience in related field.
- Proficient in using programming software
- Able to work independently.
