Write, edit, and optimise CNC programs, set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines, and machine precision components using G-code and Mastercam/CAD-CAM software.

Job Responsibilities
Write, edit and optimise CNC programs based on engineering drawings and machining requirements.
Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines independently.
Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters for each job.
Perform machining works for precision components, jigs, fixtures, mould parts and repair works.
Conduct in-process inspections and make necessary program or machine adjustments to achieve required tolerances.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and GD&T requirements.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and improve machining processes where required.
Coordinate with engineers and the Quality Control team on technical, drawing and quality matters.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on CNC milling and/or turning experience.
Able to independently set up, operate and program CNC machines.
Able to write and edit G-code and/or develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience with Mastercam or other CAM software is preferred.
Experience with 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining will be an advantage.
Able to perform tooling selection, machine setup and adjustment of cutting parameters.
