POSITION SUMMARY

Mid-Level CNC Programmer develops, refines, and troubleshoots CNC programs for a variety of machining applications. Working closely with engineering and production teams, this role drives continuous improvement in machining processes, enhances manufacturing efficiency, and supports the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and operational requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machines.
• Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up machines and perform test runs.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues.
• Maintain records and documentation for programs and setups.
• Train and mentor entry-level programmers and operators.
