Job Description

Industry: Manufacturing(Precision Engineering)

Position Title: CNC MasterCAM Programmer

Role: Permanent/Full time

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8AM to 6PM, Sat Half day

Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + bonus

*must be willing to OT and work on Saturday

Key Responsibilities

To interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.

Create, test, and refine CNC programs to produce components that meet engineering specifications and quality standards

Configure and calibrate CNC milling machines, including tool loading and parameter settings, to ensure accurate machining.

Conduct tests and inspections to verify that machined components meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Address programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.

Perform regular maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.

To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time.

Key Competency

At least 3 years experience in CNC programming.

Experience in machining processes such as CNC Milling / Turning.

Familiarise with CAD/CAM software like AutoCad, Uni-Graphic, MasterCam, Solid Works etc.

Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills
