Position Summary/Objective:
Responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to support manufacturing operations. Programs and verifies machining processes for 2-D, 3-D, and multi-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software. Supports operators by preparing set-up sheets and ensuring best practices in machining technologies.

Essential Functions:
- Program offline for 2-D, 3-D, and 3/4/5-axis machines using MasterCam, NX, and Vericut.
- Collaborate with CNC operators to ensure program accuracy and usability.
- Implement the latest machining technologies and programming practices.
- Create and maintain accurate set-up sheets for machining operations.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
