CNC Programmer & Set Up

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create CNC programs for production and prototype parts made of iron, steel, and aluminum.
2. Assist in machine operator training and coaching, fixture building, and troubleshooting of existing equipment and processes.
3. Process improvement of existing production parts for increased tool life, reduced cycle time, and improved operator comfort.
4. Work with maintenance and quality personnel to support and improve plant operations.
5. Set up Fixtures on machining centers and load CNC programs.
6. Clean and inspect fixtures being taken off the machining centers.
