CNC Programmer
Summary
Programs and operates CNC machines to produce precision parts, using CAD/CAM (Gibbs Software) and interpreting engineering drawings.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To CNC programming and maintain equipments and related machines.
- To set up and operate CNC machine centre.
- Required know the setting of tools in CNC machines according to drawings given.
- Required know have knowledge on CAD/CAM experience using Gibbs Software to do day to day workshop duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of machine setup, tooling, alignment and machining troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with Production and QC personnel.
