2nd shift hires will train on 1st shift to ensure you’re set up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines
- Produce precision parts to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain high quality and production standards

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret part prints
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
- Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with CNC grinders
- Familiarity with grinding, milling, or other machining processes
