Cnc Turning Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Turning/Lathe machines to manufacture components as per specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Load raw materials and set machine parameters as per job requirements.
• Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and tool changes.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
• Adhere to workplace safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain production and inspection records.

Additional Requirements:

• Weekly 6-day working schedule (Public Holidays and 2nd Saturday are holidays).
• Shift-based working environment.
• All interview rounds will be completed on the same day.
• Candidates should be comfortable working at Hosa Road or Jigani locations.
• No relocation or transportation benefits will be provided.
• Uniforms, safety shoes, and one-time food will be provided by the company.
