Project Development & Execution

Oversee the end-to-end development of the CNG business, from conceptualization through to commissioning.
Engage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while providing regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with all statutory and industry safety standards and proactively manage any risks associated with project execution.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify potential obstacles and ensure proactive solutions.

Commercial Development:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position the company as a preferred CNG supplier in the marketplace.
Identify, onboard, and develop new customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage key client portfolios effectively.
Lead contract negotiations and administration, ensuring favorable terms are established and compliance with company policies is maintained.
Develop pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and oversee timely and accurate invoices and revenue collection to optimize cash flow.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Build, lead, and motivate a small team to achieve both technical and commercial objectives
Provide clear direction, support, coaching, and performance management to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Encourage collaboration within the team and with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and innovation.
Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, share best practices, and encourage knowledge sharing.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, commercial performance, risks, and mitigation measures to management.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements pertaining to CNG operations, maintaining high ethical standards.
Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures concerning CNG operations to enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree and a relevant professional certification is an added advantages.
Proven experience in the CNG sector or similar energy-related fields, with a solid understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
