Co-Founder & Business Manager

Compensation: $40k – $80k • 10.0% – 15.0%

The Role I'm seeking a co-founder to lead operations, finance, and business infrastructure so I can focus on product and growth. This is a founding-team position with significant equity.

What You'll Own:

Business formation and legal compliance (incorporation, contracts, regulatory requirements) Financial operations (bookkeeping, budgeting, banking, cap table management) Fundraising support (pitch deck financials, investor due diligence, term sheet review) HR and payroll setup as we hire Business process design and operational infrastructure Vendor and partnership agreements What You Bring:

Experience with US business formation and corporate compliance Financial acumen — accounting, financial modeling, cash flow management Familiarity with startup legal structures (SAFEs, equity splits, founder agreements) Detail-oriented and organized — you handle paperwork and processes without drama Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to work for equity initially with salary as we raise Ideally: Previous startup experience or operations role at a fintech/payments company
