Co - Founder (Director and Investor)

NSM Consultant (Lazer Software) is looking for a co-founder, director and investor. The startup is 5 months old. It has 1 artificial intelligence product (an online career counselling product) and also offers custom software development services.

Requirements:

• The Co-Founder and Investor will have to invest 1 crore in exchange for an equity stake of 1% in the company.
• He should have at least 1 year of work experience.
• The co-founder will be assigned a position of director in the company and will receive salary and profit sharing.
