Co-Founder, Healthcare Studio
You'll join Founders Factory's Healthcare Studio as a co-founder to build a new startup tackling one of the biggest challenges in modern healthcare delivery. You'll work alongside a team of IPO-exited founders and experienced operators to validate a problem space, build your founding team, and develop a disruptive concept in areas such as connected skilled nursing facilities, post-discharge recovery intelligence, smart hospital asset intelligence, clinical coding revenue intelligence, hospital discharge readiness, digital biomarkers for paediatric neurodivergence, cognitive decline early detection, or rapid deploy clinical infrastructure. You'll get access to senior operators across product, engineering, data and growth, support from a dedicated Venture Builder, and pre-seed capital to get your company off the ground during a 6-month venture build and acceleration programme.

Requirements
- Experience as a healthtech founder post-exit, or an operator who has scaled a business, or a researcher aiming to commercialise their work
- Passion for building the future of healthcare delivery
