Co-Manager at 4 Rivers Smokehouse (MCO Airport)

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Co-Manager with bar experience for 4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport!

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting a team, delivering great guest service, and keeping restaurant and bar operations running smoothly in a busy airport environment.

What you’ll do

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant and bar operations.

• Lead shifts and coordinate service between the dining room, bar, and kitchen.

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.

• Maintain standards for food quality, beverage preparation, cleanliness, and guest service.

• Monitor inventory, beverage ordering, cash handling, and labor.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety and airport security requirements.

• Address guest concerns and help the team resolve issues.

• Oversee operations in the General Manager’s absence.

What you’ll need

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant.

• Bar experience is required, including knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and responsible alcohol service.

• Experience training employees and leading teams during busy shifts.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to meet airport badging and security requirements.
