With a member of their team going on paternity leave, they are seeking to employ a Co-ordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract basis with the potential for ongoing opportunities.


The Position…
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring jobs to ensure they run on time and within budget, providing smooth transitions between and during jobs. Particular responsibility lies with coordinating and communicating job particulars effectively to all involved parties to ensure each job progresses efficiently and professionally. In addition, you will be required to organise accurate and punctual ordering/delivery of labour, equipment and materials as per company guidelines.


Ideal Candidate...

The Ideal Candidate will hold…

  • Year 12 High School Certificate or Equivalent (Desirable)
  • More than 1 year project management (Desirable)
  • Experience in Roofing product knowledge, knowledge of relevant equipment needed, data entry, systems compliance, customer service (Favourable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Decision making, creative problem-solving skills
  • High level communication skills including oral, written, and interpersonal, and the ability to interact with all levels including internal, external stakeholders and customers
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines, monitor jobs and manage roof plumbing emergencies
  • Computing Skills – Smart phone &/or tablet, email
  • Operation of electronic job management system and Microsoft Office packages
