Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motor coach on scheduled trips and charters
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for passengers
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned vehicle
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and trip coordinators
• Represent Southwest Bus Service with a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or occasional overnight trips
