Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 per month

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL. Work with DB2 databases and SQL queries for data processing and retrieval. Support system integration and maintenance involving Java applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL

• Work with DB2 databases and SQL queries for data processing and retrieval

• Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Use Unix commands and utilities for application support and batch processing

• Support system integration and maintenance involving Java applications

• Collaborate with the development and support teams to ensure system reliability and performance

• Assist in testing, documentation, and production support activities

About you

• 3 years of relevant experience in COBOL development

• Proficient in COBOL, DB2, SQL, and Unix

• Knowledge of Java and its application in system integration or maintenance

• Experience in application development, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a technical team
