Cocktail Server
As a cocktail server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing, serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus, and taking beverage orders promptly
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings
- Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless service
- Adhere to all property, company, health, safety, state, regulatory, and liquor service regulations
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds
- Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise.
