Cocktail Server

We're looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused Cocktail Servers to deliver exceptional beverage service throughout The Brook. In this tipped position, you'll create memorable guest experiences by providing fast, friendly service while helping maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere across the casino, bar, lounge, and dining areas.

What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to guests throughout the property
• Take drink orders, process POS transactions, and deliver beverages accurately
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and state regulations
• Recommend beverage selections and answer guest questions
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations
• Collect glassware and keep guest areas neat and welcoming
• Assist with table and seating setups as needed
• Create a positive, engaging experience for guests and teammates

What We're Looking For

• Previous cocktail serving, bartending, or beverage service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling POS transactions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Responsible Alcohol Server/Seller certification or ability to obtain required certification
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
