Job Description:
The Cocktail Server provides beverage service in a manner which ensures excellent customer service and a professional environment resulting in increased customer loyalty.
Job Requirements:

Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly and timely manner.

Promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call”, and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner.

Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.

Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer.

Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.

Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.
