What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver professional, upbeat, and engaging service that keeps guests coming back
- Master the sequence of service and elevate the guest experience from start to finish
- Be the go-to for menu and drink knowledge—guide guests through our signature cocktails, wines, and food pairings
- Stay sharp on all menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and prep methods
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
- Be flexible and step in wherever needed to keep the party flowing
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cocktail server in a high-energy environment
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Knowledge and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
