The ideal candidate will possess strong Python skills, expertise in AI/ML workflows, and hands-on experience with vector databases and cloud-based AI solutions. This role involves building scalable AI pipelines, integrating with third-party LLMs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready Generative AI applications.Key Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone).2. Implement prompt engineering techniques, including function calls, zero-shot and few-shot learning, and fine-tuning models for specific use cases.3. Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs (FastAPI) for AI service integration.4. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and cloud engineers to deliver integrated AI capabilities.5. Prepare, manage, and process large datasets (structured and unstructured) for AI model training and inference.6. Deploy, scale, and monitor LLM-based applications in production environments.7. Design and integrate CI/CD pipelines for AI applications in collaboration with DevOps teams.8. Optimize performance and scalability for real-time AI workflows.9. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain high coding standards.10. Ensure security, compliance, and governance in AI solution delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:1. 5+ years of experience in software development with strong Python expertise.2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).3. Proficiency in RAG techniques and vector database usage (Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.).4. Strong background in Generative AI libraries and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).5. Proficiency in dataset preparation, transformation, and processing for AI/ML workflows.6. Knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.7. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/data services.8. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.10. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
