About the Role
Verdant Acres Limited is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee workflow, machinery safety and maintenance at its coconut processing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize workflow, assign responsibilities and prepare work schedules.
- Ensure safe operation and regular maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Train employees on safe machinery use and operational procedures.
- Supervise mechanical repairs, installations and production activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and address maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Technical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in an oil palm processing mill.
- Knowledge of mechanical repairs and installations.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to work in a rural farm environment.
- Willingness to live at the farm location.
