Coder (Software Developer / Programmer)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Coder to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code to build functional and efficient software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on project requirements
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)
• Basic understanding of software development principles and lifecycle
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web or mobile development frameworks
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of APIs and system integration
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
